DZEE Textiles offers a hassle free return policy. To obtain a Return Authorization please email us at [email protected] or call 1-407-956-2185. If you are supplied return labels by DZEE Textiles simply affix your return labels to the box and give it to your UPS driver.
Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Certain items may not be returnable or may have specific return instructions; please see below before you make your return. If you have questions about our Return Policy, please call us at 1-407-956-2185.
Customized orders including special order and custom made-to-order drop shipments are nonreturnable.
Damaged or shorted drop shipments must be reported to DZEE Textiles within 3 days. Custom made-to-order drop ships are nonreturnable. Refused or cancelled orders are subject to 15% restocking fees and return freight charges.
Some items still under manufacturer warranty need to be handled directly with the manufacturer. Please see our list of manufacturers for more information.
Items shipped outside the continental U.S. are nonreturnable.
Hazardous material items, such as laundry chemicals, pool chemicals, etc require special handling and are not returnable because of federal safety restrictions.
If you receive an item that is defective, please call 1-407-956-2185. We will advise you of how to proceed. Please note, some items carry a manufacturer's warranty and require that you contact the manufacturer directly.
If your package arrived damaged in transit, please note the damage next to your signature at the time of delivery. If your package had concealed damage, please email us at [email protected] or call 1-407-956-2185 within 3 business days of receipt.
If your order arrived short, an item at the time of delivery, please note the shortage next to your signature. You are responsible for verifying your shipment at the time of delivery. If you fail to note any shortages or damages at the time of delivery, you waive the freight carrier and/or D-Zee Textiles of any and all liability. If you notice a shortage or damage upon opening your package or if your order was not filled correctly, please email us at [email protected] or call 1-407-956-2185 within 3 business days of receipt.
